JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Loan Servicing Center (LSC) Manager, responsible for Loan Servicing in accordance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines within a set timeframe. Communicate effectively with Bank employees and internal departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES, including the following. Other duties may be assigned by Management.
• Review, research, and process CRM events for Tax Service, Repayment plans, ACH set up, Billing notices, payment requests, loan advances, and verification of mortgages.
• Processing of Incoming loan payments
• Paid Loan Processing
• Daily and monthly general ledger (GL) balancing
• Insurance and Flood Tracking
• Property Tax Tracking and Escrow Tracking
• Collateral Tracking for Deeds of Trust and DMV Titles
• UCC Lien Releases
• Credit Report and Disputes
• SWAP's and Participations
• SBA and USDA Servicing
• Daily Rate Changes
• Service existing loans as needed
• Cross-training under the Loan Servicing umbrella, as requested by Management
QUALIFICATIONS:

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Two (2) or more years of experience in bank operations, new accounts, or credit assistant/loan positions.
