REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Cardiac electrophysiology procedures
• Left-sided ablations
• Transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE)
• Moderate sedation
• EP case management and consults

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active AZ License (IMLC accepted; willing to license)
• Board: BC/BE in Electrophysiology
• DEA: Active DEA required
• Certifications: ACLS required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year; must demonstrate recent EP case logs (100 cases in last 2 years preferred)
• Other Qualifications: Proficiency with Abbott Ensite-X system; comfortable performing moderate sedation independently

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform electrophysiology procedures including ablations
• Manage inpatient consults and outpatient clinic patients
• Interpret diagnostic studies and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary cardiac care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
