We are looking for an energetic and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our busy warehousing team. This role works closely with warehouse staff and the corporate team to support daily operations and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor product inventory and track load progress
• Enter daily data and complete time-sensitive reports
• Check drivers in and out, print BOLs, and outbound details
• Assign dock doors and collect shipment information
• Manage customer orders, phone calls, and emails
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution
• Prepare delivery reports and communicate updates with customers
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office / Office 365)
• Fast and accurate data entry
• AS400 experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Pay Rate : 18.50
