In this important position, you will coordinate service appointments, support the service team, and ensure our clients receive the seamless, high-quality experience expected from a luxury automotive retailer.

Key Responsibilities

Appointment Scheduling
Coordinate and manage service appointments for our clients, ensuring efficient scheduling and optimal use of service department resources.

Client Communication
Confirm appointments, provide service reminders, and keep clients informed so they arrive prepared for their visit.

Follow-Ups
Proactively follow up with clients to confirm, adjust, or reschedule appointments and accommodate special requests.

Issue Resolution
Quickly identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or unexpected issues to minimize disruptions and maintain a smooth workflow.

Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer support through phone, email, and in-person interactions while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service
  • Experience in automotive, dealership, or luxury retail environments is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling systems and standard computer applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
