Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Machine Packaging Operator, you will be part of the Packaging Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Packaging Operator

Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Range: $22.15

Shift: 1st - 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products.
• Ensure finished products are packaged according to procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect in-process packaging and components to maintain consistent quality, removing defective items.
• Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
• Assist with inventory counting and participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of industry experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and follow safety protocols.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and mathematical calculations.
