We are currently looking for a hardworking and motivated individual to join our team for hotel team as a Maintenance Associate.

The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and willingness to maintain all aspects of hotel property with some knowledge of basic repairs. He or she must have the physical ability to perform all aspects of this job (lifting, standing, bending, etc.), must be reliable and trustworthy, and must pay attention to detail and take pride in his or her work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains clean, organized work areas and securely stores equipment and supplies
• Performs small repairs as assigned
• Reports equipment malfunctions, injuries, and accidents to the supervisor
• Able to follow spoken and written instructions.
• Able to work without direct supervision
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, which may includes nights, weekends, long days, and holidays.
• Sets up banquet rooms as instructed by supervisor.
• Manages supplies and ensures orderly work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Description

$16.00 - $17.00, based on experience
