Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

Atrium Centers is a 100% employee-owned organization where teamwork, respect, and compassionate care drive everything we do. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll help ensure our center remains safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents, families, and team members every day.

What You'll Do
  • Supervise the facility's daily maintenance operations and team members
  • Ensure equipment, utilities, and building systems remain in safe, working order
  • Maintain facility grounds to provide a clean, secure, and welcoming environment
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
  • Manage supplies, maintenance schedules, and departmental budgets
  • Maintain required records and documentation for compliance and inspections
  • Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards
  • Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation as needed
What You Bring
  • Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred)
  • Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage
  • Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service
  • Excellent attendance and reliability
