Maintenance (Manufacturing/Machine) 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts

Job Description

1st, 2nd or 3rd shift Manufacturing maintenance positions in Waukesha county area. Pay rates from $30-38hr depending on shift and experience.

• Install and maintain: Install new equipment and perform regular maintenance
• Repair: Diagnose and fix broken or malfunctioning equipment
• Test: Run equipment to ensure it's working properly
• Adjust: Calibrate equipment to optimal specifications
• Clean: Lubricate and clean equipment

• Maintain inventory: Order parts and keep track of supplies

• Train: Teach production workers how to perform routine maintenance

• Report: Prepare maintenance reports

• Safety: Ensure compliance with safety procedures

Skills and qualifications

• Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings

• Experience with hand and power tools

• Ability to lift, climb, balance, and move materials

• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Ability to follow directions and use critical thinking
