Maintenance Tech I

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the following duties:

• Establishes and maintains preventive and predictive maintenance support system for equipment, all
• Establishes and maintains preventive and predictive maintenance support system for equipment and tools, spare parts, etc.
• Manages all preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance at the farm within safe, legal, and permissible limits
• Administers farm maintenance procedures
• Coordinates all functions necessary to ensure the efficient and reliable maintenance of the farm for optimized production levels
• Ensures that an adequate inventory of all materials and supplies are available to support routine maintenance programs. Maintain spare parts history and implement and maintain inventory control.
• Coordinates needs in conjunction with Maintenance Coordinator for current and upcoming projects
• Responsible for exterior maintenance
• Perimeter walks to keep building exterior(s) tidy
• Light winter snow removal and landscaping
• Regular inspection of the bunkhouses for cleanliness and repair
• Operate powered industrial trucks
