QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED; Experience in building, grounds and maintenance operations preferred; Good moral character; Sufficient physical and mental abilities to perform the assigned duties; Requires good communication skills.

JOB DUTIES:
A Maintenance Technician -- General will perform maintenance activities throughout School Corporation facilities, buildings and grounds as assigned to ensure full and productive use; perform all assigned tasks related repairs, maintenance, landscaping, lawns, and snow removal; appropriately operate and maintain tools, equipment and vehicles; make maintenance and safety recommendations to supervisor(s); Other duties as assigned.
