Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tech to join our team at Wright Senior Apartments. The ideal candidate will have experience in appliance repair, plumbing, light HVAC work, and possess EPA certification.
Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing appliances, fixing plumbing issues, and maintaining HVAC systems
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations
• Keep accurate records of maintenance work and repairs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appliance repair, plumbing, and light HVAC work
• EPA certification
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
