Description

Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to help keep our homes and properties safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role supports day-to-day upkeep across multiple locations.

Assist with basic repairs such as drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and general upkeep

Help maintain company vehicles (routine checks, basic maintenance, coordinating repairs)

Perform regular property checks to ensure safety and quality standards

Complete yard work to keep properties looking clean and presentable (mowing, trimming, etc.)

Handle minor appliance repairs (dishwashers, washers, dryers)

Support general maintenance projects as needed

Take photos and update work orders using a tablet or iPad

Be part of an on-call rotation for urgent maintenance needs

1+ year of maintenance or handyman experience preferred

Basic skills in carpentry, painting, and general repairs

Ability to follow directions and manage multiple tasks

Comfortable using basic technology (tablet/iPad for reporting)

Positive attitude and ability to work well with team members and clients

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to be on-call as scheduled (including nights/weekends for emergencies)

Regular walking, bending, lifting, and outdoor work

Work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions

Occasional overtime or non-standard hours depending on project needs

Steady, full-time work

Variety in daily tasks
