Become a Key Player as a Maintenance Technician

You will keep production running by repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment across the facility. You'll support operations, train operators on routine maintenance, and contribute to preventive maintenance programs. This is an onsite role working 1st shift (M-F, 7:00am-3:30pm).
Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

  • Perform maintenance service and repairs on assigned manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, replace, and maintain mechanical systems and associated equipment (air compressors, air dryers, dehumidifiers, cooling towers, etc.)
  • Follow detailed operational instructions and prints for jobs and setup operations
  • Administer the preventive maintenance system and deliver required reports
  • Determine preventive maintenance requirements for new equipment and train equipment operators on routine maintenance
  • Maintain a safe work area and use appropriate personal protective equipment
  • Support facilities functions and take on other assigned responsibilities
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work nights, weekends, or additional hours as necessary

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

  • 4-6 years of relevant maintenance experience
  • Advanced experience troubleshooting PLCs
  • Ability to read control wiring diagrams for troubleshooting equipment failures
  • Experience rebuilding pumps
  • Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma (required) and vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents
  • Experience operating forklifts and other powered equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work within a team

Pay Range
