Maintenance Technician

This position will work within a maintenance team to assist with work orders and turnovers at various apartment communities. Assist with turnover of apartments. May perform grounds/landscaping work as needed. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC in apartments. Appliance repair. Customer service. Salt / Snow removal duties. Rotating On-Call in the local area. May be eligible for an on-call bonus! Requirements: Prior residential maintenance experience is preferred. Working cell phone.
