We seek a skilled Full-Time Maintenance Worker to ensure our facilities are safe, comfortable, and efficient for clients and staff. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards. Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour, consummate with experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Conduct regular facility inspections
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Collaborate with team members for repairs
• Manage and order supplies
• Keep detailed maintenance records

Qualifications:

• Proven maintenance experience
• HVAC experience and EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
