Requirements: Knowledge of construction, maintenance, & carpentry tools
Experience as a journeyman in commercial or institutional construction, remodeling, or maintenance
Able to work in a variety of workspaces and temperatures, including snow plowing
Able to lift or move heavy equipment up to 80 pounds
Able to read and understand blueprints
Valid NJ Driver's License, required
Duties: See Attached Job Description
Salary: $58,500 - $70,000
