Job Overview
We are hiring experienced Maintenance & Production Operators to support manufacturing operations across multiple shifts. This role is ideal for skilled individuals who are reliable, safety-focused, and experienced in equipment maintenance or machine operation.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
- Set up and adjust equipment to meet production needs
- Inspect products and equipment for quality and safety
- Communicate issues clearly to supervisors
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Support production goals and team objectives
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience required (maintenance, machine operation, or similar)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate industrial equipment safely
- Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
