Job Full Description
Local housing is seeking an experienced Make Ready/Maintenance Technician to autonomously manage basic maintenance duties, such as plumbing repairs, carpentry repairs, electrical repairs, and make-ready drywall, painting, and flooring work. Background in construction or apartment maintenance is preferred, and applicable experience is a MUST, in addition to possession of a clean background and a clean MVR. Hours are M-F 8:00 am-4:30 pm,
