Description
Customer Service Assistant
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets, packaging groceries, and helping customers in transporting and locating merchandise. Additionally, you will gather baskets, pick up trash, maintain and stock bag areas, return products to proper locations, stock and stage bags, stock check stand supplies, distribute Buddy bucks to registers, replace anti-fatigue mats, perform carts and parts basket relocation, and power-wash basket relocation for department setup. You will also be responsible for cleaning, mopping, dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming various areas to maintain store cleanliness and safety.
Qualifications and key requirements include the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work with customers while staying attentive to their needs, maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards, and complete Company Orientation and Basics of Safety training upon hire. Physical demands include functioning in a fast-paced retail environment, working with customers, reaching at various heights, standing, walking, occasionally reaching overhead, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, stair climbing, pivoting, twisting, pushing/pulling with arms, pinching, and performing fine motor movements. You will also be exposed to cold, hot, loud noises, ambient temperatures, and wet conditions, and demonstrate the ability to lift 55 lbs and manage more than 55 lbs (up to 100 lbs).
