Chick-fil-A Mascot

The Chick-fil-A Mascot plays a key role in creating memorable experiences in our community. This position is responsible for bringing energy, fun, and brand enthusiasm to events, promotions, and special appearances while representing Chick-fil-A in a positive and engaging way. This is a flexible, part-time role with limited weekly hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform as the Chick-fil-A mascot at community events, in-store promotions, and special engagements
• Engage with guests of all ages through gestures, movement, and non-verbal interaction
• Help create a welcoming, fun, and family-friendly atmosphere
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout each appearance
• Follow all safety and costume care guidelines
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure events run smoothly

Schedule & Availability:

• Flexible, event-based scheduling
• Typical shifts range from 1–3 hours
• Generally scheduled for no more than 5 hours per week
• Availability may include weekends and occasional evenings

Qualifications:

• Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality
• Comfortable performing in costume in public settings
• Ability to communicate effectively through body language and expressions
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stay active (standing, walking, waving, interacting) for extended periods

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to wear a mascot costume for up to 3 hours at a time
• Ability to perform in various weather conditions (indoor and outdoor events)
• Must be able to move comfortably and safely while in costume
