Material Expeditor

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Material Expeditor for a contract opportunity in Oldsmar, FL.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
•Customer service, basic computer / excel skills, detail oriented, able to handle multiple priorities, able to lift 20 lbs and push carts around site, problem solver, organized.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments.
•Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alerts proper authorities of potential problems.
•Generates progress reports on schedule status and keeps records of completed orders.
•Takes appropriate action to expedite materials such as order damaged material repaired or in-house material transportation. Reports on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
•Accredited HSD/GED

•Full-Time
•4/10 work schedule
•2nd Shift
• Mon-Thurs 3:30 PM EST-2:00 AM EST
