About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Material Handler to support our Purchasing, Sales, and Production teams. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping materials moving, inventory accurate, and production running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials and inventory
  • Pick and pull job kits to support production needs
  • Audit material kits and log discrepancies
  • Operate barcode scanners and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Manage moisture-sensitive components using controlled storage/ovens
  • Support stockroom organization and material flow
  • Follow quality standards and internal procedures
  • Participate in Lean and continuous improvement efforts
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate issues proactively

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task
  • Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for portions of the shift
  • Frequent use of hands for handling materials and operating equipment
  • Ability to lift and move items up to 10 pounds
  • Visual ability for detail work (including reading labels and documentation)

Work Environment

You’ll work in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment, supporting production and stockroom operations. This may include exposure to moving equipment, varying temperatures, and moderate to loud noise levels.
