Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handler workers for a direct mail production company in Chanhassen, MN. In this role, you’ll help keep high-speed production running smoothly by delivering materials, managing inventory, and supporting a clean, safe warehouse environment. What You’ll Do as a Material Handler:

• Deliver materials and supplies to departments using pallet jacks, floor jacks, and power jacks
• Locate materials using a computerized inventory system
• Enter material transactions and complete required paperwork
• Move processed materials to designated staging areas
• Repackage leftover materials accurately for return to inventory
• Assist with general warehouse and production support tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and stoop for 12-hour shifts
• Basic computer skills and ability to read and write basic English
• Floor jack or pallet jack experience preferred
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (entry-level candidates welcome)
• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
