General Labor / Forklift Operator

Location: 701 San Fernando St, San Antonio, TX 78207 Pay: $13 -15 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM + Overtime as needed, including occasional Saturdays

Job Description

We are seeking a dependable General Labor / Forklift Operator to join our recycling facility on a direct-hire basis. This is a hands-on role supporting daily plant operations, including sorting recyclable materials, maintaining cleanliness, and operating forklift or loader equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Sort and separate recyclable materials
• Operate forklift or loader equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with general plant and recycling operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
• Follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Support production needs as required

Work Environment

• Recycling and industrial setting
• Indoor and outdoor work
• Exposure to dust, debris, and unclean recyclable materials
• Physical labor required

Qualifications

• Forklift or loader operating experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical labor and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Prior warehouse, manufacturing, or recycling experience is a plus
