Our client, a leader in heavy industrial operations, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Materials Handler (Heavy) II to join their team. As a Materials Handler (Heavy) II, you will be an essential part of the logistics and materials management department, supporting operational efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: San Ramon, CA

Pay Range: $24/hr

Shift: Start at 0600 or 0700, End at 1430 or 1530, 8 hours per shift

What's the Job?

• Drive cab-over style box trucks to move heavy tools, gang boxes, and construction materials across facilities
• Organize cages and recognize materials upon request or order materials via stockroom systems
• Operate electric or battery-powered forklifts and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently
• Accurately measure and weigh materials using scales, rulers, or similar devices
• Perform data entry tasks using ORACLE (ADMS) and manage shipping and receiving documentation

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in heavy industrial material handling
• Experience in driving cab-over style box trucks and operating heavy machinery
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills, especially with ORACLE (ADMS)
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely and efficiently
