Job Summary

We are hiring a Mechanical Assembler for a 1st shift manufacturing position with overtime available. This role supports the assembly and testing of mechanical systems in a production environment. Ideal candidates have hands-on shop experience, mechanical aptitude, and are comfortable using tools and reading drawings.

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical components in a manufacturing / production setting
• Use hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and basic drawings
• Assist with mechanical testing and basic troubleshooting
• Pull, stage, and organize parts and hardware
• Pack finished assemblies for shipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow safety, quality, and production standards
• Support general production and shop tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ year of experience as a mechanical assembler, production assembler, or manufacturing technician preferred
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on assembly experience
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
• Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, decimals)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
• English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Veteran/Military candidates encouraged to apply

Shift & Schedule

• 1st Shift
• Overtime available and expected as needed

Physical & Work Requirements

• Manufacturing / production shop environment
• Standing, bending, lifting, and working with tools throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50-80 lbs
• PPE required
• Background and drug screening required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
