Job Responsibilities

• ssemble mechanical parts using drawings and instructions
• Make sure parts fit properly and meet quality standards
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and performance
• Work with engineers and team members to solve assembly issues
• Record assembly steps and report any problems found
• ttend training to learn about new products and processes
• Follow all safety rules and keep the work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and working with mechanical parts
• ble to read technical drawings and diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• ble to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Team player with problem-solving skills
• Willing to rotate between stations and learn different assemblies
• Enjoys hands-on work

Physical Requirements

• ble to lift up to 50 lbs during the shift
• ble to stand for long periods
• ble to bend, stretch, squat, and reach as needed
• ble to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools
• ble to handle and assemble small parts
