Key Responsibilities

• Support construction crews with mechanical, piping, and structural installation activities
• Assist with material handling, tool setup, equipment staging, and jobsite housekeeping
• Follow direction from Foreman to complete daily work scopes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Comply with all company and client safety requirements and jobsite rules
• Work as a team member to support project schedules and productivity goals

What We Are Looking For

• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-minded team players
• Ability to perform physical labor in a construction environment
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as project schedules require
• Willingness to travel for extended periods to support construction projects
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Construction or mechanical experience is helpful but not required (training provided)

Salary: Starting at $16.00 - $20.00 Per Hour DOE.
