You will assess clients, design and implement therapeutic activities to improve daily living, coping, and social participation, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support holistic recovery. You'll begin with a two-week orientation to acclimate to policies, procedures, and team dynamics, followed by a regular daytime schedule that keeps weekdays predictable and balanced.
