As a Medical Assistant, you play an important role working with our physicians, ensuring every patient receives exceptional care and has a positive experience during their time at Ascentist Healthcare. You will help maintain a professional office environment with strong communication skills as you collaborate with your team to enhance patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit
- Collecting and documenting medical history and vital signs
- Chart prepping and maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting providers during in-office procedures
- Preparing patients and procedure rooms ahead of treatments
- Submitting prior authorizations as needed
- Supporting clinic operations and ensuring a smooth patient flow

Job Type: Full-time
Locations: Kansas City Metro area
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401k Plan, plus optional benefits
Schedule: 7:30/7:45 am - 4:45/5:00 pm; Monday-Friday; No Weekends
Experience: Experience in ENT is preferred
