Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Medical Assistant to be a key player in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at a clinic. The primary responsibilities involve rooming patients, assisting in procedures, managing clinic operations, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Rooming, taking vitals, documenting medical history, and ensuring sanitation in the room.
• Assist physicians in procedures and patient care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Cover front desk duties, including scheduling, phone management, and patient flow.
• Order medical supplies and manage daily clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant OR 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong cultural fit within the team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Skills

• Experience with insurance or scheduling is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain a positive, team-oriented environment.

Additional Requirements

• Travel between clinics during training.
• Onsite interviews are required.
• Scrubs provided upon hiring.
