Position Summary
Well-Spring Solutions is seeking a part-time Memory Care Program Assistant to provide compassionate care and support to members living with dementia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs) including moderate grooming, toileting, eating, and other individual needs.
- Support participants during arrival and departure times (removing coats, walking to doors, checking lockers for belongings, etc.).
- Assist with exercise, walks, and planned daily program activities.
- Prepare or assist in preparing snacks and distribute cups, water, napkins, utensils, toast, crackers, etc.
- Review relevant charts and notes at the start of each workday and throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain participant privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA policies and procedures.
Shift
Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
No weekends or holidays.

Position Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training course and current listing in good standing with the NC Nurse Aide Registry preferred.
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in senior care or related health programs preferred.
