Merchandising Coordinator

Join our dynamic Merchandising team as a Merchandise Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in driving successful vendor partnerships and supporting category growth. What You'll Do

As a Merchandise Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our merchandising operations, ensuring smooth processes and strong vendor relationships. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Collaborating across teams: Build strong connections with finance, sales, marketing, supply chain, and more to keep everything running efficiently and profitably.
  • Owning processes: Manage promotional activities from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Driving organization: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and create reports and visuals that help guide key business decisions.
  • Data & analysis: Gather and maintain reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to support merchandising strategies.
  • Vendor support: Serve as the go-to contact for vendors on bill backs, payments, and promotional details.
  • Problem-solving: Audit and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy in pricing and promotional data.
  • Cross-functional communication: Coordinate category plans and promotional launches to keep everyone aligned and informed.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 24 years of professional office experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in Word and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • AS400 experience is a plus.
