Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and experienced Meta Ads Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in running Meta (formerly Facebook) ad campaigns, using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Clarity, and heatmaps to analyze user behavior, optimize conversions, and conduct creative analysis. This role requires an individual who is highly skilled at setting up and managing Meta lead forms, understands the Meta UI like the back of their hand, and can launch and monitor campaigns effectively to achieve business goals. Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Plan, create, and launch effective Meta advertising campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network).
Set up and customize lead forms to capture valuable customer data for lead generation campaigns.
Monitor and optimize ad campaigns, adjusting budgets, targeting, and creative elements based on performance.
Creative & Performance Analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of creative performance, including A/B testing of ad creatives and audience targeting strategies to improve overall ad performance.
Utilize Clarity, heatmaps, and other behavior tracking tools to analyze user interaction and behavior on landing pages.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop creative strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with campaign objectives.
Conversion Optimization
Use data insights to recommend and implement conversion optimization strategies to drive ROI.
Continuously refine targeting strategies based on user behavior data, increasing campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Meta Ads Manager Expertise
Have an in-depth understanding of the Meta Ads Manager platform, including setting up campaigns, configuring custom audiences, and using advanced features.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ads performance, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting & Insights
Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and campaign results.
Deliver actionable insights based on performance data to refine strategies and drive campaign success.
Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure that ad campaigns align with broader marketing goals.
Communicate performance data and suggest strategic improvements to drive growth and engagement.
Qualifications
Experience
Proven experience running Meta ads campaigns and managing all aspects of Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with user behavior analysis tools like Clarity and heatmaps.
Strong understanding of the Meta ad ecosystem, including Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and Audience Network.
Technical Skills
Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and UI.
Experience with setting up and optimizing custom lead forms in Meta.
Familiarity with creative analysis tools and techniques to optimize ad creatives.
Analytical Skills
Strong ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize campaigns to improve conversions and ROI.
Comfort with data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Work Schedule
Must be available to work from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
