What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and routine vehicle inspections
• Accurately deliver concrete in accordance with dispatch instructions and job requirements
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel
• Support a strong safety culture by following all company and regulatory guidelines

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Class B or A CDL.
• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and heavy equipment
• Strong attention to safety, quality, and customer service
• Ability to follow directions, schedules, and standard operating procedures
• Capability to perform physical tasks associated with concrete delivery
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
