Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Mixer workers for a leading dessert production company in Le Center, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality dessert products in a clean, safe environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday | 5:00am-4:00pm

Compensation: $16.75 per hour – paid weekly

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

What You’ll Do as a Mixer:

• Record necessary data on daily reports and work center schedules
• Communicate with Lead or Supervisor to mix according to production demand
• Follow company formulas and standards
• Operate scales, mixers (Hobart, AMF & VMI), braziers, chocolate and margarine melters
• Report equipment issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
• Work at a pace consistent with the production line

What You Need to Bring to the Mixer Role:

• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
• 6+ months of related experience
• Strong math skills to interpret and adjust formulas
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently with or without reasonable accommodations
• Good manual dexterity, motor skills, and eye-hand coordination
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and GMP policies
