Diehl Ford of Beaver is expanding our Mobile Service Department and is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Mobile Service Coordinator to help deliver convenient, high-quality vehicle service directly to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, scheduling, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments with customers
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service needs, timing, and expectations
• Dispatch mobile service technicians efficiently and accurately
• Prepare repair orders and ensure all documentation is complete
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after service
• Work closely with the service department to support daily operations

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Customer service or automotive experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively
• Proficiency with computers and dealership management systems a plus
• Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail
