Job Title: Big Sibling & Sports Mentor (After-School Chaperone)
The Role
We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and "cool" mentor to join our family’s afternoon team! We have two active kids (11yo girl, 8yo boy) who need a reliable "Big Sibling" to help manage the afternoon rush. This isn't just babysitting; it’s about coaching them through their daily routines and being a positive role model.
What a Typical Afternoon Looks Like:
• 4:00 PM: School pickup in Moraga.
• Sports & Shuttling: Driving the kids to local sports practices (soccer, baseball, etc.).
• The "Coach" Role: Help the kids manage their daily chores and stay organized. We want someone who can encourage them to take initiative, not just do it for them!
• Academics: Light tutoring and homework support (especially math/science).
• Dinner & Fuel: Helping them get fed. We keep the fridge stocked with prepared meals—you just need to manage the "sit-down and eat" part!
