Key Responsibilities
Participate in inceptions and iteration planning meetings, infusing backlogs with technical input and working in close partnership with the product manager.
Partner in collaboration and strategy alignment across product portfolios (cross-product) in partnership with product managers, other peers and key stakeholders.
Serve as an expert on one or more business domains and a distinguished advocate of multiple technology stacks, sharing that knowledge across organizations.
Lead and participate in daily site, cross-site, and product team standups.
Lead and participate in retrospectives; demonstrate and encourage each participant to provide feedback with empathy.
Provide support for software products in user environments.
Coach the team and lead daily practices of using paired programming and test‑driven development in writing software and building products.
Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices.
Experience
4 or more years of experience in ASP.NET, C#NET, ADO.NET, HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, SQL Server, MS‑IIS.
4 or more years of experience in developing/supporting mainframe applications.
Proficiency in COBOL, IDMS, DB2, VSAM, JCL.
Minimum of 2 years of IDMS database knowledge.
24+ months of experience in Lender‑Placed Insurance Tracking and Loss Draft business services, associated processes, systems knowledge, and hands‑on application development experience.
