Night Audit (part-time or full-time)

Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Night Hotel Auditor, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keeps the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly at night. They assist guests with their overnight requests and balance accounts leftover from the day shift. A night auditor handles late night check-ins, manages guest requests and accepts reservations.

ESSSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Greets guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay
• Schedules guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day
• Responds to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
• Answers phones and place reservations
• Runs EOD computer functions so they are complete by the end of the shift
• Clean public areas & bathrooms
• Hotel Laundry and Silas Linens
• Make coffee for morning guests/set up for breakfast buffets
• Review In room Dining Receipts
• Lock all exterior doors & check for trash around the building

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma with 2 years of relative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

COMPETENCY/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication
• Advanced ability to learn computer functions and other on-the-job skills
• Exceptional customer service skills

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• No supervisory responsibilities
