This position combines the best of both worlds— evening guest service and independent overnight audit work. You'll work Night Audit two nights per week and Front Desk from 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM on other scheduled days. Perfect for someone who enjoys people and productivity!

What You'll Do:

Front Desk (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Welcome guests and handle check-ins/check-outs with ease Answer phones and assist with reservations and guest requests Deliver top-notch customer service that keeps guests coming back Handle payments and maintain accurate records

Night Audit (Overnight – 2 nights/week)

Reconcile daily hotel revenue and reports with accuracy Post charges, balance accounts, and complete audit reports Run end-of-day reports and prepare for the next business day Ensure guest safety, security, and confidentiality overnight

What It Takes to Shine:

High school diploma or equivalent Customer service or hospitality experience preferred Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Strong attention to detail and organization skills Dependable, professional, and calm under pressure Ability to work independently during overnight shifts Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
