Qualifications: • Experience in hospitality or customer service roles, with a focus on guest satisfaction. • Ability to efficiently manage financial records and reconcile transactions with precision. • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. • Ability to handle check-ins and check-outs with a warm and welcoming demeanor. • Familiarity with reservation systems and the ability to manage bookings accurately. • Experience in maintaining security and safety protocols during night shifts, ensuring a secure environment for all. Compensation: $25 hourly
