Migi Lodge on beautiful Sebago Lake is seeking reliable night owls to join our team for the 2026 season. This position combines night audit duties, guest service, and overnight property monitoring in a peaceful lakeside resort setting.

If you are dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently overnight, this role may be a great fit.

Shift: Approximately 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Season: May – October Positions: Full-time and Part-time available Location: South Casco, Maine

Note: Local candidates preferred – housing may not be available for this role

What You'll Do

As the Night Auditor / Overnight Security, you will help ensure the property operates safely and smoothly during overnight hours.

Responsibilities include:

• Performing basic cash handling and administrative duties
• Monitoring the resort and conducting periodic property walk-throughs
• Ensuring the security and quiet enjoyment of the property overnight
• Providing overnight guest service (phone calls, guest requests, occasional late-night needs)
• Verifying daily shutdown of public areas and facilities
• Handling limited cash transactions and administrative tasks
• Performing light cleaning and minor maintenance tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates will be:

• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently overnight
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Friendly and guest-service oriented
• Able to handle basic computer and cash handling tasks
• Comfortable performing light physical tasks and walking the property

Hotel, front desk, or night audit experience is helpful but not required for the right candidate.
