Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily living skills while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active New Jersey OT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred. Experience with ADL training, adaptive equipment, and patient-centered treatment planning preferred. Current immunizations and health screening as required by facility policy. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility Shift Name: Days Shift Details: Days 0830-1630 Shift Pattern: 5x8 Contract Length: 13 weeks Location Highlights Discover Piscataway, NJ and nearby attractions. The area provides suburban living with access to Raritan River waterfront areas, local parks such as Johnson Park, and community dining options along River Road and nearby Edison. Transit options include NJ Transit commuter rail stations and major highways I-287 and US-1, supporting easy regional travel and weekend excursions to Jersey Shore beaches within an hour and state parks like Cheesequake State Park within 30–45 minutes.
