Position Title: Office Administrator
The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment. This position involves a blend of administrative tasks and customer-facing responsibilities, making it essential for maintaining a professional atmosphere. The individual will be responsible for supporting executives, managing office supplies, and serving as the first point of contact for visitors. Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 / Hour DOE
Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors professionally and manage the visitor sign-in system
- Assist executives with expense reports and travel bookings
- Manage calendar appointments and scheduling using Outlook
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure availability
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Office Administrator Requirements:
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite of products, particularly Outlook and calendar management
- Experience in booking flights and coordinating travel for executives
- Capability to order and restock basic office supplies
- Prior office admin or receptionist experience is helpful but not required
- Open to training the right person is preferred
