Job Title

Working within the Division of Environmental Permits in Region 8 – Avon, the incumbent will be responsible for the following: receipt of mail, including date stamping, scanning and distribution; general file (physical files and electronic) and office organization; answering phone calls, rerouting to the appropriate staff and/or providing requested information to the public; assisting with processing and distribution of regional volunteer applications, vehicle use forms and administrative mail; and other duties as assigned

Additional Comments

This is a hourly appointment currently funded through 3/31/2027, with a likelihood of continuing beyond that date. Program needs and funding will determine actual termination date. Actual work schedule, duties and travel requirements may vary and will be discussed at the interview. Must be able to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
