What's a typical day as Office Assistant? You'll be:
- Serving as the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, ensuring excellent first impressions.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining agent records, and ensuring database accuracy.
- Supporting social media efforts, creating marketing materials, and coordinating team meetings and office events.
