O2 Employment Services is working with a reputable Construction Company to find their next Office Assistant. This position is based in Redding, CA.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable with multitasking in a busy office environment, and eager to grow with the company. While experience is preferred, the company is willing to train the right person.

Office Assistant Compensation:
• $18 - $23 per hour
• Vision, dental, and medical insurance offered through O2
• Part Time

Office Assistant Qualifications:
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
• Knowledge of certified payroll
• Construction office experience and familiarity with part ordering / purchase orders (a plus)
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible hours (8AM - 12PM, 5 days a week; potentially longer hours as needed)
• Must pass a background check

Office Assistant Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
• Process certified payroll accurately and on time
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for bookkeeping and financial tasks
• Order parts and manage purchase orders
• Provide general administrative support to the office and construction team
