Office Clerk / Receptionist (Bilingual)

Hire Up Staffing is seeking a dependable and professional Office Clerk / Receptionist to support daily front office operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by greeting and assisting visitors
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls in a courteous and timely manner
  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records
  • Distribute incoming mail and assist with outgoing correspondence
  • Take tenant applications over the phone and accurately input information
  • Type letters and other documents as needed
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to staff as needed
  • Assist with backup support for administrative team members
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of general office or clerical experience
  • Bilingual required (English/Spanish preferred)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
