Overview The opportunity: an Oracle EBS Training Consultant within an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 integrated project team supporting a DoD multi-Agency program. The role involves complex problem solving and strong communication, with responsibilities to support development and delivery of training for Oracle Federal Financials and Time & Labor Global Model. Prior experience with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) tool and its administration is desired.
Responsibilities Design, develop, and conduct instructor-led and computer-based UPK developer training courses for Oracle Federal Financials and Time & Labor functionalities
Develop new or updated training material using the UPK developer toolkit and publish training material
Assist with training environment setup including training instance refresh from production, user accounts, and responsibility management
Present training activity updates including Communities of Practice during program-wide information sessions
Conduct brown bags and other sessions to supplement training, communicate reminders, and announce system or process changes
Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional team members to identify functionality updates and training gaps for major and monthly releases
Provide workforce readiness recommendations supporting Global Model and long-term enterprise architecture, upgrades, interfaces, and enhancements
Assist PMO with Agency Train the Trainer sessions and ad-hoc training sessions
Maintain and administer UPK toolkit including setting up new users
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five years of related work experience, including DoD and/or Federal Oracle EBS training experience
Experience designing and delivering training in Oracle EBS R12 modules (A2R, B2R, CA, O2C, CLM, P2P, Time and Labor, OBIEE reporting); P2P experience a plus
Experience with UPK administration, maintenance, and design/delivery of training
Proficient in authoring and presenting program solution-related documents
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain an IT-II background investigation
Desired:
Experience implementing ERP solutions for Federal Civilian Government or DoD customers

Pay Range Salary ranges are influenced by location, contract specifics, experience, skills, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is $61,600-$129,300. The company provides comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, education, and time off.
